Afrofestival Ottawa is operated by Africa Live Canada, a non-profit organization. All visitors agree to comply with festival rules, staff instructions, safety procedures, and applicable laws while on festival grounds.
The festival reserves the right to:-
Refuse entry or remove any individual for unsafe or disruptive behavior

Afrofestival Ottawa operates with a comprehensive security plan.

All attendees must comply with security screening procedures.
A First Aid Station is located near the exit gate and staffed during festival hours. If you or someone near you requires medical assistance, notify festival staff or security immediately.
